If you are not on time to your appointment, you will be provided with a 15 min grace period. In the event that you do not show up, your appointment will be considered canceled / no show and you will not be refunded. 

In the event you need to reschedule, I do ask you provide a 24 hr notice to give someone else the courtesy of providing an opportunity to book in your place.
